Parents evenings in Years 7-8 are held online through the system shown below. This supports parents with younger children to attend.
Parents evenings in Years 9 and above are held in school, with booking as shown below. Parents evening dates are shown in the parent year overview as shown below.
The Parents Evening Booking System is an easy to use online appointment booking system which is available to all parents. It allows parents to choose appointments with teachers at a time to suit them from the comfort of their own home.
You will then be sent an email confirming the details of your appointment.
Simply log back in to the system using the same process you used to book. When logging in you will be presented with the 'Join Video Appointments' link on the day of any video appointments.
The system supports most devices - Android/iOS (iPhone/iPad) Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Chrome OS Devices (Chromebook/Tablets). We recommend joining appointments using your child's e-Learning device where possible, as those are configured for this use as part of the scheme and would avoid any compatibility or device restricions.
You can give another parent/guardian access to join your video appointments in respect of each student linked to you that is involved in the conference. You can grant this access at the time of booking, or later if required. Click the link below to learn more.
