Our Sixth Form is very popular with applications usually substantially higher than available places. Sixth Form admission arrangements prioritise existing students transferring from Year 11 within Northfleet School for Girls.

The PAN for external candidates will be 50 but this figure may be exceeded in the event that the number of internal students transferring into Year 12 is less than the overall total figure for the year group (which is 140).

In the event of us not being able to offer a place we operate a waiting list, including for in-year admissions. If you would like to join this waiting list please contact Sixthform@nsfg.org.uk.

Our September 2027 application process will be launched at our Sixth Form open evening on 10th November 2026. More details will be shown on this page in early October. We take great care to ensure that students enrol onto courses of the appropriate level. If such courses are not available in a student’s chosen area of study then the student will be guided to find alternative provision.

The specific course entry requirements are set down in the Sixth Form prospectus available in school and on our website. In case of over subscription our normal admissions criteria apply.
