Dream Big is a programme which encourages students to aim high and unlock their full potential. Through a variety of workshops, motivational talks, personalised support and career talks, we empower students to set ambitious goals, develop key Dream Big attributes and build confidence in their abilities.

We implement Dream Big through our drop-down days, our careers programme, base time, assemblies, clubs/trips and our Cultural Capital Champions.

The programme fosters a growth mindset, inspiring our students to pursue their passions, overcome challenges and prepare them for success in all aspects of their lives.
