Northfleet School for Girls (NSfG) boasts excellent facilities and are proud to hire these to the local community when not in use by the school. Whether you need a centre for a conference, exhibition space, performing arts space, large meeting area, indoor or outdoor sports facilities NSfG has the solution.

Situated just off the A2, with parking for 110 cars, an electric vehicle charging point, as well as excellent public transport links, our school is the ideal location for any potential hirer and its members.

Our premises are open 7 days a week, all year round with the exception of two weeks during the Christmas holidays and bank holidays.

WEEKEND BOOKING

Weekend booking hire available between 8am to 4pm.

WEEKDAY BOOKING

Weekday booking hire available between 5pm to 10pm.

Hire is available all year round, with the exception of a two week closure at Christmas.

During any half-term our facilities are available to hire between the hours of 8am and 10pm.

Should you require a hire outside of these times, please get in contact and we will aim to accommodate your request, where possible.

We are located on Hall Road, Northfleet which is close to the A2 motorway.

You also commute to Northfleet School For Girls by Bus or Train. These are the lines and routes that have stops nearby:

FACILITIES

SPORTS HALL

The sports hall measures 34 x 20m with markings for various sports including badminton, basketball, 5 aside football and netball. Equipment such as basketball hoops, goals and an electronic scoreboard can be made available as part of the hire.

The capacity of the sports hall is up to 220 people, or we can divide the hall into three separate sections if this is too vast for your needs.

Our newly refurbished MUGA includes markings for 3 netball courts, 4 tennis courts and a short hockey pitch.

The MUGA has been installed with a layer of Shock Pad flooring to provide a high-quality system suitable for a range of sporting uses.

Our grass fields are marked with 2 junior football pitches at the top field and an adult football pitch on the lower field, but are also suitable for any outdoor sports/ events.

Located near to the sports hall, changing rooms can also be made available as part of the hire.

We have a variety of performing arts spaces including our newly refurbished dance studio, Studio 12 which has a roll out, purpose-built rubber dance floor, ballet barres as well as a sound and light system and optional 75 inch smart screen with HDMI and audio connectivity. Studio 12 has a capacity of 30 people.

Should you require facilities for a greater number of people CD 1 & 2 can be hired as one space with a capacity of 240 people, this space includes a stage , sound and lighting system, moveable mirrors and a 75 inch interactive screen.

This space can also be divided into two separate areas, CD1 has a capacity of 100 and CD2 a capacity of 140. Please note that the stage, sound and lighting system is only available with a CD1 hire.

Opened in 2022, our new Sixth Form building would make the ideal professional location for any organisation looking for a conference or training centre.

The Sixth Form block is set out over two storeys and the block is comprised of 6 classrooms, a large study room where the oak effect tables can be configured to suit your needs, including boardroom or conference style.

In addition, there is a large break area with comfortable seating and a mixture of high and low tables, for convenience we can arrange for the café, Sixth Avenue to be opened and staffed to provide barista style drinks as well as hot and cold refreshments at an additional charge.

All rooms, including the breakout area and study room are equipped with a 75 inch interactive screen with HDMI and audio connectivity.

If you require a venue to host a larger number of people, our multi-purpose hall will provide an ideal solution. The hall includes a low level stage and can host a maximum of 240, is fully accessible and located next to the entrance of the school.

This facility is completely flexible, and tables and chairs can be provided to suit any configuration in order to meet your needs.
