Through a balanced combination of support, rewards and sanctions we development our students understanding of the pathway to success through the impact of their actions.
Our culture of praise seeks to build on the positives, developing self confidence and the belief that your Dream Big can become your reality. Students who meet our expectations can achieve a wide range of rewards including the bi-termly Dream Big Stars and the annual Dream Big Shield award.
In order to maintain the positive learning environment that leads to success, students who do not meet our expectations will receive sanctions ranging from social time detentions, after school detentions, removal from the learning environment and in the most serious cases, suspension or permanent exclusion.
